Deacon Board
​
Our Deacon Board consists of 6 Deacons. The Chairman of the Deacon Board is Deacon J. Russell Myers. Each member is encouraged to pick a Deacon as their leader. Members can go to their Deacon about any and all matters. For the Bible says, "Qualifications for Deacons likewise must be dignified, not double-tongued, not addicted to much wine, not greedy for dishonest gain. They must hold the mystery of the faith with a clear conscience. And let them also be tested first; then let them serve as deacons if they prove themselves blameless. Their wives likewise must be dignified, not slanderers, but sober-minded, faithful in all things. Let Deacons each be the husband of one wife, managing their children and their own households well. For those who serve well as Deacons gain a good standing for themselves and also great confidence in the faith that is in Christ Jesus (Timothy 3:8-13)."
Trustee Board
​Our Trustee Board consists of 10 Trustees. The Chairman of the Trustee Board is Trustee George Gainey. A church Trustee is a layman who takes care of the secular business of running a church. Trustees manage finances and property, and ensure the church is compliant with any legal requirements. For the Bible says, ""As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God (1st Peter 4:10)."
